Have you ever?

Typed a post, did your due dilligence, did spell check, added a smiley and come back later to see if you have any responses--when you discover you forgot to post it.

Happens to me all the time

And I'm looking and looking for the post I just KNOW I made and it's nowhere to be found. Then I start to wonder if it was deleted by someone else.

Or maybe there was another thread with the same title

Usually from being interrupted. And sometimes I have my reply on "preview" when I'm interrupted, then later when I come back I think, meh...it doesn't even matter anymore and i just back out without posting
