Don't ever f**k with an adventure junkie with a kickass computer who can't hear for crap.

I've got a challenge. You're not scared of heights, are you?

Also, PeTA is not concerned with hypothetical dogs or Schrodinger's cat.

Your link to me to a thread. On DU. About heights. I was expecting something frightful!

11. Me. I have partial hearing loss.

Born deaf due to malformed tubes. Surgical repair left some damage and hearing loss. Meniere's as an adult has left some more in one ear and during flare-ups results in near-total loss in that ear. They don't know why Meniere's occurs but there is some evidence that it's more-common in people with previous inner-ear trauma.

I thought it was frightful...but I'm the one that jumped off a cliff; the post itself, perhaps not.

But it's awesome.

I couldn't open it after a certain point. And then I developed a love hate relationship with it. I could see it in the listings but couldn't reply.

But then you said you'd happened to have left it on the table.

Amazingly enough, the downloaded version opens with Internet Exploder. It's ugly but readable and so far most of the pictures have downloaded even if all the forum graphics didn't.
