I said that cows only eat hay and grass (not corn), which I know is wishful thinking.

I still have a nephew who is a crew chief on a corn detassling crew (although it's no long detassling, but pollinating). Not much call for teens to bale hay anymore. Most hay is baled into the big round bales that are moved around with a fork on tbe bucket of a tractor or a skidsteer. The only small bales anymore are for horses.
The only tobacco growing in the midwest that I am aware of is in a small area of SW Wisconsin.
