(27,677 posts)Seven hours of "pre-game" coverage?
I might try to catch the Kimmel special but the rest just doesn't hold much attraction for me.

(29,322 posts)but the Super Bowl is aired in many international countries. I'm seeing 120K for Austria, 136K for France, 1.23 million in Germany for the most recent SB. I don't see ratings listed for the rest of the countries, just the channel it was aired on.

I think many people don't trust Wikipedia, but it was the only place I could think of that would have easy access to this sort of information. Like I said, I don't know the Oscars' ratings so they probably dominate in that area.

(29,322 posts)I was only addressing the statement "I doubt the SB is" after saying the Oscars are watched internationally. The statement probably meant exactly what you said. I took it literally when it was probably like saying no one goes to Jaguar games. They hardly sell out, but fans do attend the game but obviously the statement in my example doesn't mean literally no one attends a Jaguar game.
