7 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, a pool, a library . . .

Seriously, who can afford this? Might make a nice B&B, though, if zoning laws allow.

Or if that's a little above your price bracket
how about this, a snip at 973,000 (as sold, June 2014)

Not a joke. Think NYC. Sydney prices are about 1.5 times more expensive.
