As for the original Cheerios, the box looks nice, but the cereal tastes too plain.

It's like eating sawdust, except that sawdust tastes better and is probably more nourishing.

When I was a kid, Cheerios was the only cereal my mom would buy for us. So it was either Cheerios or oatmeal for breakfast. Naturally the very first thing I bought as an adult, first time grocery shopping, was a box of Count Chocula, just to spite her.

They are a by-product of insecticide manufacture, and qualify as industrial waste.
