As for the original Cheerios, the box looks nice, but the cereal tastes too plain.

... raisins and chocolate chips as a snack food - good stuff, that - too good really: it's pretty hard to stop eating the stuff.

When I was a kid, Cheerios was the only cereal my mom would buy for us. So it was either Cheerios or oatmeal for breakfast. Naturally the very first thing I bought as an adult, first time grocery shopping, was a box of Count Chocula, just to spite her.
