Lounge Help! please! Playschool Pipeworks

One of the Lib daughters has decided that Playschool Pipeworks would be the perfect Christmas gift for the Lib grandson.
But surprise, surprise, they are no longer being made nor can they be found anyplace.

We checked online and there are a few partial sets for sale on ebay, but no full sets. We have pieces left from the kids' set, but many pieces are gone.

Suggestions?

edit to add - or is there any somewhat similar building set someone could suggest?

I had some interesting hits when I googled 'large construction toys.'
There is a company called MOOV that has some real interesting stuff and another site called fingofun.com.
The toys were expensive in my view, but that is their call

Just in case anyone else was interested.
Something called Quadro works. It is a German company.
Based on their story it looks like Quadro predated the Pipeworks by about a decade and they are still available

Here is their website: http://www.quadroworld.com/
click on one of the first to choices and it will lead you to something like this:

Or there is a US distributor in Illinois called Fingo Fun:

Looks a little expensive, but boy did my kids love the Pipeworks when they were young.
