Can someone please chain me down for the next couple of months??? I don't want to venture out

into the DU.......mostly the Political area, or for that matter the General Discussion area. I just can't handle it any more..... I'm going on a vacation..... I'm going to help Al Franken get re-elected, and that's it. I'm done with it all..... Can't watch the news....can't read topics, and most of all can't participate in the DU section of General, or Political areas. That's it. I'm done, it's just to hostile.

Repairing to the Lounge in heavy times, at least until the storm passes, can be a lifesaver.

They call them "cooking utensils" but we know they're really torture instruments, and they don't play around.

The bakers are the worst, but the parboilers can also be pretty scary.

is that eventually, they don't have to add yeast to the dough. It grows on everything. Just try doing that with an old grill

And really, all I knead to egg you on is a little nitrous whippet.

Nice hats, though. I'll concede that roasters, smokers and grillers wouldn't be caught dead in hats like that.

Hey, I love my floppy Pastry Chef's hat! Master Chefs are the ones that have to wear the stovepipe...

Make fun of my hat again and it's no carrot cake for you!

And your hats are much better than Devo's, by miles.

Your carrot cake looks sumptuous!

Three siblings, and the sister couldn't stop raving about it. However, I had to agree. Cook's Illustrated rarely gets a recipe wrong, though I will still have to adjust the whipping time for the frosting next time...

Now, Devo's "Power Domes" (aka, flower pots) were great! Same for the spud-rings
