(33,688 posts)that can be found on Youtube. Justin Hayward tells the story behind this song. He literally combined two half-finished songs into "Question" the night before they started recording A Question of Balance and was surprised and quite pleased with himself that it actually worked and the rest of the guys loved it.
They are all such incredibly nice guys, though Graeme is definitely the funniest one. His reaction to the interviewer's mention of Patrick Moraz? "Oh, that mad Swiss git!!"

(81,220 posts)Glad you're here! LOVE this song! I saw them do this one live, and they had the stage spotlights aimed out at the crowd during the chorus - like searchlights. VERY cool! Gave you the sense that they were searching - for YOU! GREAT effect!!!

All absolute classics and I still have them all on vinyl! They are timeless, like the Beatles.
"Question" was the first song I heard by them on the radio (I was 12 years old)...I misheard the dj pronounce their name and for awhile I was into this cool group called the "Movie Blues"!
