I been slapping a couple of those hash brown patties on a plate, covering them with sliced tomato and onion, salt, pepper, ground garlic and parsley. I zap it for 2 minutes then top off with a fistful of shredded cheddar, mix it all up and go to town. OMG it is good.

same breakfast i've been having for years. i can't eat early in the morning, it upsets my stomach.

it still is on days when i don't have to go into work kinda early in the day. i can't afford to have a low blood sugar attack when i'm working

and just used a fork. Only caught one on fire but I didn't mind.
