BOURDAIN vids guesting with KIMMEL last week. Shaky, nervous? (fixed the link)

He's one of the few personalities I can be enthusiastic about. I love his secular/Lib-ness, loved his rants about how NO restaurants would be open without their exploitation with slave labor wages. I'm not a Foodie and have seen only a few of his shows and know only from Wiki. Some DUers have posted attacks about hypocrisy/a-holeness/whatever, I don't know (line from "Shampoo" the movie, "You can say that about anyone&quot . Given all the indulging of alcohol and who knows what else that goes along with his cosmopolitanism, I was fixated by his demeanor on the KIMMEL show: Nervous, hands shaking, cleaned up like he was put through a car wash.
