i'm settling in for an extended west wing marathon (with gratuitous kitteh pic)

husband is working and then heading to denver with his co-workers (which i'd forgotten about) and my car is currently undriveable, so i'm stuck at home on my own.

it's not going to be a bad night, though. it's 14 degrees out and i'm curled up with fat cat on the couch, there's a pork roast in the crock pot and plenty of beer in the fridge.

4. It was in the mid-50s with drizzle today in Wharton (southwest of Houston).

The wind died down and it was about ten degrees warmer than yesterday so it was bearable.
