Never posted here before but I need a little help with something we usually do not talk abut on DU.

My grandson is getting married in June and his brother has to get the bachelor party and he is stumped for ideas. We are in MN and the groom is an addict so that is the one limitation. Any ideas?

A long time recovering addict? I would think if he is then it may not be an issue. If he's been to other bachelor parties without incident, he may want the traditional. He may want his friends to have that traditional time at his party.

Just a thought.

Don't tell the ladies about it ahead of time (because they'll kill you), but show the video that they'll make for you during the reception. It will blow everyone's mind. It's a rush. And there's no drugs or alcohol involved.

AA ball, new stadium, and they just love goofy promotions. The Veeck family is still in the ownership group, so you know they'll be open to hosting.

Limo to a hockey game, then
Limo to a steakhouse, then
Limo to a bar where girls will be waiting to humiliate him

OR
Instead of the bar scenario, see if there is a band the groom likes in town or nearby that the limo is willing to drive there and back.

He can drink mead with vikings, (Real descendents of vikings) and watch people hitting each other with sticks.
