One Tale of Jesse James
Jesse James once sought shelter at a lonely farmhouse of a poor widow. She said the debt collector was coming for $1400. James gave her the money, then hid outside. When the debt collector came out of the house, looking pleased, Jesse James robbed him, He took back his $1400 and rode off.
