A friend of mine just told me that the new town house complex she moved into provides for snow

removal. Not only does the plow goes thru the parking lot BUT the snow is also remove from around the cars salts the parking lots and shovel and salt all walk ways. my place a plow drives thru. My brother can do that. The salting and shoveling of the walk way is down by the husbands of the president and secretary.

at our place we have to do every bit of the snow removal and salting. We are in the Pocono Mountains and get quite a bit of snow. 240 feet of driveway mind you and we have to clear it out to get to work. Early risers have an advantage here.

In the summer we have to mow the grass and in the fall we rake the leaves. Leaves little time to do any gardening but we manage to get a few annuals in the ground. My partner is thinking maybe we should pay someone to do this work. Maybe we should. Opinions?

But last year, we got a bunch. At my mom's condo, they salted the steps and so on...but the parking lot was just a mess lol.
