5. I was content to let this/my thread sink into oblivion but since it got kicked, I'll answer:

Not me, that is, I hardly don't "watch" anything, but the t.v. is on as background noise, mostly to talk shows and news. And as for this particular topic of assclown TRUMP, one of my erraticisms is to see a minute or two of something when I'm clicking through to see what to leave on, that strikes me as particularly awful or not-awful or whatever and then pop over here to Lounge and post some haiku type or twitter type of my reaction that appears to mystify or irritate others.

No, I don't watch that carnival. When things are happening, that people are talking about, I *do* devote a generous sampling to whatever it is so that I know what to think about it and decide whether I want to join in discussions of it. For example, I saw The Passion of the Christ for that reason (and decided it was a torture-porn movie, without the social significance it was being given at the time). And, yes, I saw one season of the KARDASHIAN idiots and one of the TRUMP trash for the same reason.

So now I have context for what Bruce is going through. I probably will watch his coming carnival of his own, although I suspect that it's his own cashing in with a story of his own to counter how he was eclipsed by the women in his family. What's left for Rob to do to find a venue for himself?!1 Oh, jeez, I shouldn't have branched into a "discussion" of this, because I really detest all those people and wish this thread would have been allowed to sink into oblivion. If it doesn't, soon, I'll self-delete or self-lock or whatever that is.

3. I try to answer sincere questions, even when posted to some of my erratic posts, even

when I wish those erratic posts of mine would be allowed to sink into oblivion, the way my well-considered posts sink into oblivion.

So, what's it about? It was about my clicking through whatever was on the idiot box, pausing a minute or two on some particularly striking idiocy, in this case Geraldo participating in TRUMP's trump-asskissing-trash, and then my venting to what I saw. I am as out of the loop on what I saw as could be since Joan RIVERS was featured, yet my impression was that this was something current, so was it filmed to be in the current season and they showed it despite her death?

Anyway, I think my point was that even somebody with some dastardly career choices like Geraldo can sink even lower if it means kissing TRUMP's ass, which is all this exercise of a "show" is.

6. We watch it every few seasons

just to laugh and groan. Geraldo will win. Of course, Trump picks the person HE wants to win, ahead of time. You can tell he has pre-selected Geraldo.

Both Geraldo and Trump are slime.

If this trashy show rears its ugly head again, we will probably refrain from watching for two or three seasons. Then we will pick it up again. We do the same thing with Big Brother.
