like at a rescue shelter. If so, then it sought out humans again because it wasn't doing as well in the wild after all. Glad to see it was smart enough to find a good home

The comments at the link tell that the deer left when old enough to breed, but came back with her babies.

That nice dog reminded me of our, dearly departed, most devoted, loving and loyal, dog ever, Pepper. She's the kind who will greet you at the Pearly Gates.

She came to us well trained and obedient.
Followed any directions you spoke to her like she was human.

What a cross cultural phenomenon. If animals can cross the barriers what is the problem with our species?

Awwwwwww.

Just last week at work, we were talking about how touched we are by stories of interspecies relationships. During the discussion, it occurred to me that we really shouldn't be, because our own relationships with our fur babies are, by their very nature, interspecies.
