if you're in the U.S., and if your state is into that.
I don't mind it, because I like getting up early and running in the cooler temps (I'm in So. Calif.) and this time change makes it earlier.
But I'm not a big fan of changing the clocks and messing with everyone's sleep patternsespecially my confused dog at meal time.
Either way, Happy DLST!
