That Jumbo-Tron behind Wrigley's left field?? Pretty JUMBO!

Just saw it on the opener pre-season coverage. I remember going to the Wrigley bleachers as a kid...never imagined something like that would be over a bleacher-bum's right shoulder!

But let me be clear...maybe NEXT year!

My grandparents lived in Bridgeport, where you could see the back of Mayor Daley's house on the next street from their back porch, and from the front stoop you could see the lights flash at Commiskey when the Sox scored.

Unfortunately, I never made it to Comiskey park even though I'm loyal to the National league.

In the late '50s, I did catch a few night games at Seals stadium to watch the Giants play; they had light, too.

At night you could look over your shoulder and watch a huge schooner of Hamm's beer filling up and overflowing in neon lights, over and over again.

Don't mess with the classics (says the guy whos team plays in a brand new retractable dome that cost a shit ton of money).

is going to look nice once everything's finished. If I were out there, I'd want to see how they'd keep the classic feel while doing all the renovations (as the announcers said last night).
