'smile more' ..apparently because that sort of thing matters. So, I'd put on the old 'Mr. Sardonicus' fake smile - as if today "You want me to smile? Here goes!"

With an ever so slight tilt of the head, teeth together, lips apart, teeth together, lips apart... lather rinse, repeat.

Great quote, have never heard that one. I wrote it on a post it note and have it on my office wall now. Not sure how good of an idea that is, since I fake sincerity poorly at work every day.
