A famous matador visits Lucy and Desi. His nickname is "never been gored," but while he's fooling around with them Lucy gores him with a kitchen chair. She suggest he change his name to "Only been gored once," but he's not amused and challenges her to a duel. Since he is expert in every normal weapon, she tries to find something exotic to fight with so she'll have a chance. Anyone remember the title of the episode?

THE HOMBRE WHO CAME TO DINNER Part 1 (#18 - 1/14/68) - Desi Arnaz, Pepin Betancourt, Miguel Ángel Landa
Señor Delgado, the Barcelona, Spain bullfighter who's never been gored, visits and in a demonstration of cape skills, Roger in Viking helmet gores him!
THE HOMBRE WHO CAME TO DINNER Part 2 (#19 - i/21/68) - Desi Arnaz, Desi Arnaz Jr.
***Señor Delgado puts together an American-style variety show and takes it to Mexico City. All the Buells and Hubbards perform as a singing group, Arnaz Jr. (as Tommy the delivery boy) is invited to play drums. In his audition for the show, Jr. performs "Babalu" with a conga but absolutely CANNOT sing! His dad (as Delgado) says he's never heard of the song.

Desi, without Lucy, was a guest on The Mother-in-Law.
Here are the episodes but they're $1.99 each.

It was definitely a Lucy episode, but the plot sure does look the same as this one. Think Desi was recycling some old scripts? He directed this one...

This was soon after he and Lucy divorced and he might have been getting brownie points with his son by promoting Dino, Desi and Billy.
