I only ask because they are helping me quit smoking,and my lungs are amazingly more clear.

I haven't used a regular cigarette (I used to smoke Reds) in 6 days.

6 DAYS!

I don't have the annoying hacking cough, I don't throw up the crap that smells of nicotine, and I have my wind back!

I think everyone could quit if I can. I've tried like 20 times. I sealed up the box of smokes, labeled that there was a specific number in them, and I'm on day 6

4. Beware the grocery store

once you are getting clean, you can detect a smoker from a mile away and it smells disgusting.

5. They truly are a substitute

but you lungs will clear and suddenly tobacco smoke will stink. I had no idea I smelled that bad to others.

Keep up the good work, and I am fighting the fight against smoking with you!

6. I haven't felt better in *YEARS*

since I quit smoking cigarettes. I'm now puffing on e-cigarettes. I know they are probably bad in some way, too, but I can't argue with the results. I can see myself tapering off with these.

Haven't smoked in 6 days, and honestly, do not want to.

Still haven't gained any weight though .

7. I think it's a great idea, Aerows.

It would be a great place for support for those who are quitting smoking. It would also help educate those of us who are trying to help loved ones quit.
