After 18 years, I finally did it! I sold my first movie! I am in pre-production now!

They are doing budget assessments on the script and beginning to send me re-writes. The director and producer LOVE the piece, as well as the short I sent them!

The lead has been cast. Two of the supporting roles are cast.

This might be the beginning of the end of the struggle! Looks that way! Getting paid as soon as everything is set for funding.

Just what Hollywood needs. . .another flaming left moonbat like me! Woo hoo! 2015 is shaping up to be good!

I wanted to tell my friends at DU this.

I born and raised in Los Angeles. I have had many many friends over the years struggle to get parts, or projects into production. This is a huge accomplishment, again congrats.

"Space-Zombies Versus The Smegma Cannon" just never found a buyer.

Wonder why.

Very proud of you for selling a screenplay. Pre-production, wow, that's great. Good luck to you and congratulations!

Keep me in mind if you have any parts for a middle-aged, fat, balding, pony-tailed hippie in a kilt.

And if you don't why in the world not? Every movie needs one of those.
