My son will be throwing out a pitch tomorrow at the Dodgers game.

He's in the Coast Guard. I guess all the services will be represented, so 4 or 5 first pitches will be thrown out for Memorial Day.
For reasons I (as a Giants fan) cannot comprehend, he has been a Dodgers fan since he was little.
My oldest daughter jumped out of a perfectly good airplane today--skydiving. She is in Richmond, Va for a summer job at the Federal Reserve Bank. I told her to call me as soon as she landed-safely. She said it was an out-of-body experience. I told her I went skydiving in '68 and still haven't landed. Goodness, they sure grow up fast.

Daughter number 2 has one more semester to graduate with a degree in photography. Son number 2 reports to Cape May, New Jersey on June 2 to the Coast Guard Academy, following in big bro's footseps.
