"Ghetto Burger" served on a Sub "Role"...balancing financial needs with political correctness

I need an inflow of cash before the end of the month or my life is going to look like the USS Cole after Al Qaeda drove that boatload of explosives through the middle of it.

There is a place on the edge of town that could use some help with their Facebook page. Here's one of their food pics:

A customer had to ASK "So what might this be?" (It's a grilled chicken breast sandwich).

But THIS is the part that troubles me:

Which bothers you more, the racism or the illiteracy?

So on one side of the scale is the fact that I need money. Many of the people in dire need of marketing help in my town say "I don't need any help with my marketing," so every sales call is a long shot. And in this town, a "Ghetto Burger" isn't going to raise any eyebrows. The issue is can I sit on my little moral high horse knowing I have a client who sells "Ghetto Burgers?"

I'm going into the city tomorrow. Lord willing, I will solicit enough business to get me through the immediate financial emergency and then go prospecting on more fertile ground.

they're calling it a burger when it's not. Maybe you can get it changed for that reason.

...that's the grilled chicken sandwich. Sorry, I made the post a little confusing. I was trying to show that they had two problems, the name of that burger and their food photography in general.

The name is somewhat unacceptable, but the sandwich might be good. Cut it in half, and you have two big lunches!

Of course, your work should go into the other, back-pocket portfolio, to be pulled out when the prospective client wants to go over the edge.

I say go for it. Take their money. I would just leave it out of my portfolio to show prospective clients in the future.

Will be doing a photo shoot tomorrow morning at 7 AM. Told her I would coach her cook on plating. I am going to get them on a better course and make them rich. I love my job.

Thanks for the vibes and ongoing support. I have one more prospect I'm going to meet at 1:30 today. I have a good feeling about this one too.

did you know I was a schoolgirl in England, and fish and chips are still my favorite meal today? That looks fine, although in my picture there would be a bottle of malt vinegar. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, this was one of those times when the client let me eat the subject of my photo. I told her "This is the FIRST time I have ever had Fish & Chips for breakfast, but I'd recommend it to anyone."

The circle of life is complete.
