Found my perfect "job" - Water Sommelier

Who would have EVER thought ---- When about 1/4 of the world's population haven't got a source of clean, drinkable water.

What I love is this guy has a certification - a certification mind you - in Water Sommelier. Who and where does one get such a certification?
