Hospitals are a complex thing -- on the one hand, you never want to be in one for any length of time, but on the other hand, when you're sick and need help, there's no better place to be.

I finally managed to get some sleep earlier, which was pretty miraculous for me. I recently had gastric bypass surgery and I wound up hurting my pouch by inadvertantly eating the wrong thing yesterday, so I had been vomiting and heaving and having panic attacks all night and morning, as well as terrible pain and dehydration. Thankfully they finally hit on the right combination of pain meds, anti-nausea meds and sedatives to calm my stomach pouch down and help me sleep, so I slept comfortably for four hours solid today, and I am hoping to be able to sleep over night too.

Pretty sure it was you guys' vibes that brought everything together for me.
