increasingly shows up due to the internet. Most animal lovers who've had cats and dogs at the same time in a comfortable home atmosphere know they can be attached to one another at least as much as they can be antagonistic. Other than humans, animals don't notice skin (coat) color in their own species. Food for thought. "Barn cats" in a stable can become attached to horses; goats, particularly, have been well known as mascots to horses. Interesting that the "lesser" animals, out of survival in the wild, can be more accepting of one another than some civilized humans can due to very insignificant differences.
