FINALLY had to call the Nissan dealer where I bought my Versa last August...I paid for it

by cash (but had to finance a couple of months of it to get a better trade in on my old car, oh well) and I STILL don't have the title as promised...

I was sure it was either lost in the mail or had gotten inadvertently thrown out with junk mail.

Sigh of relief: they told me it takes months to get the title. I wish they had made that clear to me earlier as I was frantic...and the 800 number to the Nissan people just rang and rang with the infuriating "we have been experiencing unusually high traffic..." What, they can't HIRE more people to answer the call????

I feel much better with that information...but it's a shame that you have to call the dealer you bought the car from to get that simple information...

You: "Why didn't you tell me"

Them: "Because you didn't ask me"

They're not just frustrating you,
they're frustrating everyone.
