I hear you. Passion is one thing, but the irrational behavior (justified when done by us, enraging and petulant when done to us), name-calling and insipid accusations of socks are rather embarrassing.

In my entire long life as a Dem I have had SCADS of time when my first choice in the primaries didn't end up as the Nominee and have OF COURSE voted and enthusiastically supported my-not-first-choice.

My deal is this:

* Any Dem is better than any Repuke.

* Whatever Dem, even a mediocre/whatever will still appoint hundreds/thousands of bureaucrats/ who will make Dem policy for a score of years.

* I hate for us Dems to fight one another.
