I'll get back on the saddle with new fast day menus .... Trying to cast off my reliance on dairy for breakfast, and switch to cereal and fruit and nuts ... I want to try to more closely follow the Dr Dean Ornish program, reducing fats and oils to minimum.

I've regained about 10 pounds ... The same thing happened the previous two years ... It's actually part of my plan to relax during the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years holiday season and actually enjoy the season, without going overboard ...

That 10 pounds will be gone by February ...

Get on that horse ! ... You can do it again ...

I need to lose it again, I want to get back to my 70-pounds lost. But it's gonna have to wait until after New Year's. I will be eating better (not so much junk) since I'm at home until after the holidays, hopefully that will help a bit to get me back on that wagon.

Good luck!
