How do you pronounce, Malbec?

I have had some snotty looks at the spirits and wine store... They're such assholes there sometimes, but that's what you get for having state controlled spirits in PA.

It has a spiciness to it that I don't find in other red wines.

I just had a bottle of a 2010 Malbec blend from Hand of God winery in Argentina. It's hard to find in the US but we had the winery at a Food & Wine expo a few years back where I volunteered. I was helping out with the 'Meet & Greet' for the winemakers and they gave me a bottle of their Fingerprint Malbec blend as a 'Thank You'. I waited until I was visiting a friend who is a big wine fanatic to finally open that bottle a few weekends ago.
