Bacon Roasted Chicken with potatoes

Pickled beets

and garlic bread.

Desert is Banana Bread with walnuts I baked last night

A friend gave us some she had received from her daughter in a gift box.
It had been frozen, thawed, then fridged.
It smelled VERY fishy.
We'll have an omelet tonight.
