So last night I had a dream that woke me up, it was pretty intense.
In the dream I was with another person (although we morphed into Angelina & Brad in their characters as Mr. & Mrs. Smith, as dreams do).
In the dream we were being chased by a drone camera, because some people were hunting for us/them.
We/they used a thermal mylar blanket (the kind used during emergencies) to hide from the infra-red night vision on the drone camera.
What baffles me is that I didn't know until I googled it this morning that those 'space blankets' could deflect infra-red. So how on earth did I know that info? It's nothing I've ever googled or seen on a tv show or movie, or read in the news or anywhere else.
This kind of thing happens to me rather often. Not necessarily in dreams but in real life too, where I'll pop up with a bit of wierd, random and often obscure knowledge that I had no means of acquiring.
Yeah in addition to freaking out other people, I freak myself out too now and then. Still haven't gotten used to it all these years on, but I understand why people aren't comfortable around me. Doesn't make it any easier. But that's a whole 'nuther Oprah.
