National Cordon Bleu Day
This is the day we celebrate a dish that so many of us are familiar with in one incarnation or another, but very few of us have any knowledge of the history of, or even what its name really means! This delicious dish is most basically described as a piece of cheese wrapped in a piece of ham stuffed in a butterflied chicken breast, breaded, and fried. National D.A.R.E Day is the day when local law enforcement officers will traditionally visit schools all over the United States spreading the word about drugs, how to avoid them, why they’re bad for you, and the penalties if you choose to become involved with them. since I posted the OP about whether LSD can make you happy yesterday. We want to keep things fair and balanced on DU. 
If I recall, we used to have several DUers with pet rats. I used to have a pet rat myself. In school, I was a psych major and rescued my lab rat and brought him home with me. He was an extremely smart rat and looked just like this little fellow:
