For Deadheads only: Phil's pad in Marin is for sale

http://www.sfgate.com/realestate/article/Phil-Lesh-Ross-home-68-Bridge-Grateful-Dead-7379302.php

Phil Lesh has traveled all over the world as the bassist for the Grateful Dead and with a string of other bands, but for many years he has called the sylvan community of Ross, Calif., home.

Now, the two-acre estate where he and his wife, Jill, raised their children is on the market for $10.35 million.

Richly planted gardens surround the 1906 Dutch Colonial tucked away behind a gate on a leafy street close to town.

"The property itself is so bucolic," listing agent CJ Spielman of Paragon Real Estate said. "It's not far off the road yet when you enter the gates you're in complete privacy. Every window in the house has a parklike view and total privacy. It's lush, verdant, blooming, so many beautiful blooms all throughout the year."
