Glad I'm not there. Haven't heard of any disasters from my friend in SilSpg. Did send him your hail/ice pics.

Thanks heavens the former owner put a new roof on this 30 year old place not too long before we bought it.

Little rain (I could discern) HERE, and as this place is 100+ years old and has survived nicely, I'm not concerned.

Other than that, we got a misty, drizzly, light rain that soaked into the parched ground nicely. Looks like a UK painting out my back windows this morning.

We're scheduled to get more of the same through Sunday. The break in the drought we've needed...I've been watering the pastures like crazy. Now my well pump and I get a break and the pastures will be graze-able within a week!
