3. I just went over the weekend dinner menus.........

he comes over every Friday to do my 86 year old mom's laundry & he stays for dinner. Tonight it is a barbecued salmon (received from the food bank this week) fruit cocktail, snowpeas & hashbrowns.

Tomorrow he won't be here, but it's a rolled flank steak stuffed with fried mushroom and onions, baby spinach (from the food bank) and mozzarella cheese.

On Sunday it's a Mexican soup made with butternut squash (from the food bank) salsa, hominy, beer and spices.

My brother wanted to know what was up with my cooking, he said he did like this sister. I showed him this post & he started laughing. I told him there is a reason, I keep asking to meet your friends.

I haven't had a date in over 20 years.
