husband will be home later this afternoon

he'll be on oxygen for a week and antibiotics for a month, but hopefully this ordeal is over. he's having a friend pick him up so i don't have to leave the house.

it will be good to have him home.

it's going to be a rough couple of months. he had originally told me the oxygen would only be for a week but, come to find out, it could be as long as three months and he's pretty upset about that. we're looking at a tough road ahead and i'm going to have to carry us in pretty much every sense, but it's pretty hard to knock me down and keep me there.
