When you figure out what that "cookie" is, you'll most likely have figured out the joke.

It made me angry when I moved back to Florida and found out the exact same treat had a different name. Not a competing company's knock-off - the actual Hostess product just with a stupid, less fun name.

I was also perturbed when they went from tin foil to plastic wrap. Half the damn fun was peeling off that thin tin foil! The Russian Roulette excitement of wondering if you got it all or would be biting into an electric shock.

Second favorite was Little Debbie Star Crunch followed by Nutty Bars.

And we actually watched it every time.
Dunno why they picked Thanksgiving....it should be every spring, when the tornadoes do fly around.

even though I grew up with Drakes and not Hostess. BTW when the movie was aired by CBS in 1956, Burt Lahr was the host. After him was Red Skelton, Richard Boone, Dick Van Dyke and Danny Kaye.
