I got some good news today.
My wife had a doctor's bill that our old insurance company was refusing to pay. It's a long story, but that's the gist of it. We will be getting new insurance at the beginning of June. Our policy with the previous insurance company was cancelled when I quit the job associated with it.
My wife has a doctor's appointment with that doctor on June 2. So I went to the office today figuring I would take care of the bill thinking that the insurance company surely wouldn't pay it now. Guess what? They paid it.
I think hell just froze over and I noticed a few flying pigs on the way home.
