I think that this is becoming true for me. Too much time on the net is not all that good for me. Sometimes very upsetting..

(34,131 posts)If I start getting upset, like I can here at DU, I go to needlework sites, watch cat videos on YouTube (Simon's Cat or TheMeanKitty), read stories of idiotic customers at Not Always Right, or just cruise around to find something new.
There are plenty of options!

I read OP titles on DU that are very upsetting-- all I can do is ignore them.
Sometimes I am overwhelmed by too much input-- it's not good for me-- when that happens, I step back.
I'm glad I'm not the only one!
