2. The unkempt lumberjack-beard-and-manbun look is still going over here.

Not a fan.

I've worn a neatly-trimmed moustache and goatee for nearly twenty years.

But the worst look is the man-bun. Facial hair that is not a moustacheless goatee or a soul patch is ok with me as long as it doesn't look like something is nesting in there, but the man-bun is awful.
