Of course NC, ND, SC, SD, RI, NM, NH, NY, WV have always been double caps, but the USPS requires double caps for all states now.

So the overlap is the empty set ...

Although the *compounds* HI and CO are legit. (Note CO and Co are very different things, chemically.)

KY is a mixture. A slippery mixture.

Yes, I've graded a few chemistry exams in my time, so I know that one tiny change in a symbol has drastic consequences.
