Though to be fair, I let my dog out this morning & she startled a rabbit hiding in the garden, who ran off to escape through the back fence. My dog went over to investigate the garden.

Orchid isn't a very good hunter.

If the cat is female, you could call her "Toots" or, for either gender, "Minou" is nice. (Mee.noo). It would give the cat a French flair. But don't let it smoke.
