And I always do this. I always try to fill every blank and make my stories overly complicated. I'm not Tolkien so I need to chill the fuck out.

Word has adjustable settings for auto save. It can kick in every 30 seconds if you like.

And do you know that every time you hit Control + Z it restores the page to where it was before the last commands?

3. Don't delete. Cut them into an alternate file.

Those are future ideas, dialogue for a different scene.

I assume you write by the seat of your pants (a pantser) instead of a plotter (with an outline)?
