How nice to see you tonight!

I was just thinking that I might have overdone my PT work today. My right knee is distinctly uncomfortable. Ice didn't help at all.

I think I will take half a pain pill and get me to bed shortly!

Tomorrow should be better.

I Went to a nice progressive meeting tonight. It's good know your not alone and to commiserate with like minded people, and by commiserate I mean vent. I miss sleeping well. I'm going to take an Alieve PM and hit the hay. Goodnight DUers.
