Anybody here celebrate Vernal Equinox?

For most of my adult life, I spent Spring & Fall Equinox , in fasting & meditation for 3 days. It was cleansing & grounding & profound.
Had some serious Visions & inSights. Took a lot of preparation, MindFULL ness. Not to be taken lightly.
I feel a great NEED to begin this practice again. I have to 'bulk up' 1ST, get some weight on. Maybe I can get mySelf ready by Solstice.
I will be on the Beach in the Morning, & will send Prayers & Blessings on the Waves.

Spring Blessings, Ever'body! Rejoice!

I feel so much better as soon as the clock says it's an hour later and we get to use that sunshine when we're completely awake.

I didn't even change my clocks last time, just rise & shine, with natural daylight...so this 'time change' was barely noticable.
LOVE getting Home from work, tho, & having about 2 hrs more of daylight!

YAAAAY!

Spring is a rebirth for many things and one of my favorite times of year. It is a time for celebration and a new mindset.

Each year for over forty years, I listen to a performance of this great piece of music. It's my own personal harbinger of the new season.
