Marina Sands Sky Park in Singapore. It is an infinity pool 65 stories in the air on a building that looks like a cruise ship on top of a three towers.

But its probably a glass coffee mug. Can't see the handle, but that would be the best way to drink it. Actually thought it might be a coffee mocha.. but it could be hot cocoa.
