Suddenly today my Samsung Galaxy won't load DU and only DU.

I get this message:

Aw Snap!
Something went wrong while displaying this webpage.
To continue reload or go to another page. If you're seeing this frequently
try these suggestions.

I followed the suggestions and it doesn't help. In addition I tried both Chrome and Explorer
and the same thing comes up. Originally it happened at Starbucks, when I try DU at home I got the
same message. My laptop PC works fine. I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem.

1. There was an update in the last few days

to Galaxy Note. I'm not sure if any other models were included in that update but it is causing a lot of problems, I am told. They've already started the fixes.

Honestly though, I don't think an update would cause the kind of problem you're talking about. I hope you find a quick and simple solution.

2. It was working fine a couple days ago? Maybe it will be corrected

I hope. I have had the thing for like 10 years, a few months ago it was as useless as a brick.
I went through and deleted about everything but the internet browsers and the
anti virus program and it has been working like new again until today. Today was the first time I have
ever seen that message.

4. Did you delete the cookies or website data in settings?

Sometimes my iPad gets buggy and I end up deleting old website data that some bogus cookie put on my browser that affect websites like DU.

IN android press the star like icon on the right side then storage and cached data. It will erase all the cookie data.

You might have to put in new logons but it will get rid of the problem cookie.

5. Try CCleaner.

Cleans all the junk out of your phone or PC. It is free, but very powerful. Be careful how you use it.

The PC version has two tabs, one for Windows, one for Apps. The App section is the one where you need to uncheck your browser settings, else it will wipe all your passwords.

The Android version has a a separate App cleaner tab. I recommend you manually clean you browsers' caches, if the initial cleaning does not resolve the problem. But, just as in the PC version, it will wipe your passwords.

15. If somebody loaded something to infect your phone at Starbucks, it wouldn't. It is probably broken

until the O/S is reset.

But in that case all of your home gadgets would work fine.

I'm an Apple user and have never received an "Aw Snap!" message. Is that an actual thing on Samsung Galaxy's?

Is there any way you can save your passwords, uninstall Chrome and reinstall it ? Sometimes when I use the beta or Canary (early beta) versions of Chrome, I get that aw snap message more frequently.
